Production and facilitation

A story worth going further for.

Research, planning and field support for natural-history productions in Africa, delivered with our sister company, Lion Mountain Media.

What we do

Facilitation from the first conversation to the field.

We understand that your work has to be achieved on time. Our role is to take the uncertainty out of filming in Africa: knowing where the behaviour is, who to ask, what it takes to get there and how to bring the material home safely.

Already have footage needs? The footage archive may hold the establishing shots, behaviour or landscapes that save a shoot day.

How a production starts

Your story. Our starting point.

  1. Brief

Tell us the story, the subjects and behaviour you need, your dates, formats and budget.

  2. Research and planning

We map locations, seasons, access and permits, and propose crew and equipment.

  3. Field production

Local knowledge on the ground keeps the shoot on schedule and close to the behaviour.

  4. Delivery

Rushes are backed up, packaged and delivered to your deadline, with post-production support if you need it.
