How to Order and View Footage
Can’t find what you are looking for? With an ever growing archive of over 17,000 hours of High-Definition and UltraHD media, not all our content is online yet. Send us a research request and our professional content researchers will search in the depths of our offline archive or tap into our global resources for you. We enjoy a challenge!

You will be able to download your viewing clips online from Aquavision or we will send you a download link using our delivery portal.
Licensing rates are based on the request usage rights and vary according to the type of project, the territory, and the term required. Owing to the range of collections we represent different minimums and rates do apply.
Preferred Vendor rates have been pre-arranged with some broadcasters and we do offer bulk discounts on large orders and discounts for Non-Profit conservation and educational projects.

We provide a range of formats across the spectrum–from SD 16:9 FHA, full High-Definition up to and including UltraHD 4K, 6K and 8K. We also provide high-speed online delivery via Aspera. Most orders can be fulfilled within 24-48 hours. However, some collections may need up to 72 hours. Please consult with our staff to determine the delivery time for your master copy. We do require a signed License Agreement and proof of payment before delivery of any master material.
Once you have selected the material you would like to license, you will need to submit your order to us at library@lmmedia.co.za.
Please supply the following production information :
- Nature of production
- Name of production
- Channel name
- Territory required
- Rights required
- License period required
- Name & Contact Details of Production House
Please supply us with the Timecode IN & Out and the Reference Code (Burned into the Screener) of each of the clips you wish to order.
We will clear the rights for the footage ordered and be in contact with a Quote and License Agreement. Upon receipt of proof of payment and a signed License Agreement, we will then release master material via a download link active for 1 Week.
Aquavision is always looking for new footage to represent. We are especially keen on UltraHD 4 – 8K footage. Please give us a call to discuss your footage with our library team. Alternatively, please send us a sample of your work with information about the type of footage you normally shoot, in what formats you shoot, if your footage is logged, how much footage you have and if it is already being represented etc.
